Nurses were very caring and understanding of my cousins disability.
They took time to explain what was happening and allowed us to remain with him throughout.

Reception and time arrived 9:45 as us tracked.
Initial nurse meeting to go through works background and paperwork, blood pressure timely, friendly and efficient.
The colonoscopy experience is always well done. The team introduce themselves and explain everything done I ensure you are comfortable.
Problem: Waiting 2.5 hours for the procedure that is for too long to wait.
